Description
The semi-automatic threading machine A33 by Cergil Industry Srl is a compact, mobile unit designed for on-site and workshop external threading up to diameter M30. It features a rotating mandrel with an R33 automatic opening/closing head and an adjustable fixed vice, enabling fast setup and portability while allowing chaser regrinding to reduce tooling costs.

Operation

• Self-centering manual clamp; pneumatic clamp available as option; V-shaped clamping jaw (option for two V jaws).
• Pneumatic or automatic opening/closing threading head.
• Threading length adjustable inside the mandrel.
• Custom 5" monitor for setting mandrel rotation speed according to cutting parameters, diameter and thread pitch.
• Simplified mounting and setup of chasers; chasers resharpenable.
• Automatic cooling/lubrication system.
