Description
Semi-automatic threading machine designed for cutting threads with a head that opens automatically at the end of the operation. Built for intensive industrial production with low operating costs. The workpiece is fixed while the tools rotate around the bar, allowing safe threading on very long pieces thanks to a powerful self-centering pneumatic clamp. The mobile carriage runs on ball bearings and is driven by a handwheel for precise, comfortable operator adjustment.

Operation

• Self-centering pneumatic clamping — maximum clamping force up to 2 tons; opening/closing linked to carriage position; two sets of V-profile clamping jaws; maximum opening stroke 24 mm.
• Thread length adjustment via pneumatic stop inside the spindle.
• 5.6'' control screen to set spindle speed according to cutting parameters, diameter and thread pitch.
• Quick and easy mounting and setup of the chasers; chasers are resharpenable.
• Working position selectable on right or left side of the machine (to be defined on order).
• Automatic cooling/lubrication (watering).
• Motor: 7 kW, 6 poles.
