Overview
CNC production machine for external threads by machining (peeling) or deformation (rolling) without rotating the workpiece.
The bar is fixed so its length is not a limiting factor. Two work spindles on a cross-table transfer different tools to the axis of one or more self-centering clamps. The piece is stopped automatically between pins and its position is adjusted according to the thread length. The operator interface is simple and does not require programming skills. Configurations are available for both peeling and rolling operations.
