Description
Specialized CNC production machine designed for internal tapping without rotating the workpiece. The system is capable of producing internal threads inside tubes and sleeves used in applications such as construction props.

A dedicated tapping head with retractable toothing allows rapid tool retraction at the end of the threading cycle without reversing spindle rotation, reducing cycle time and mechanical stress on the workpiece.

High-speed steel (HSS) tapping tools are removable and can be resharpened to extend tool life. The machine control interface is operator-friendly and does not require advanced programming skills, enabling quick operator training and straightforward integration into production lines.

The RB EVOL is available in multiple configurations and can be customized with options to match specific production requirements.
