Description
Sharpening is performed with a special fine-grained cup wheel suitable for HSS (high-speed steel) tools. The wheel is driven by an electric motor of 0.75 kW. A tool support guides the chaser in front of the wheel, enabling simple, rapid and precise sharpening.
The machine includes an integrated cooling system to prevent overheating of the chaser during sharpening. After grinding, an integrated brush removes the grinding burr to allow faster adjustment of the thread diameter.
The grinding machine can be adapted to sharpen chasers of any brand.
