Internal Threading Head description
The tapping head that closes. This tool, specifically designed for intensive production of large series of internal tappings, eliminates the unscrewing time of the tap while preserving the quality of the thread to be produced. The head is optimized for large diameters with replaceable cutting tools that can be resharpened. The tools open to the threading diameter and close at the end of the threading so that the machined part is rapidly released. The tapping head is intended for high-volume production of standard parts and can be installed on special CNC production machines. An adjustment feature allows correction of the threaded diameter.
