HYGIENIC BELT CURVED CONVEYOR FOR UNPACKAGED PRODUCTS This curved belt conveyor has been designed especially for the particular constraints of the food-processing, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries: easy belt replacement (removal from the inside), easy cleaning, construction adapted for environmental constraints, with frame and base in stainless steel or 304L stainless steel or sprayed epoxy paint in suitable RAL color. This conveyor has three positive aspects: easily reversible flow, extremely silent operation (75 dB (A) at 60 m/min) high-speed conveying. Practical information: from 150 mm to 1,500 mm usable belt widths, from 20 to 180 angles, from 300 mm to 1,500 mm mean radii, any specific dimensions on request, rotating line-ends with 7 mm, 14 mm or 40 mm diameter, upstream and downstream. Options: belt scraper, recuperation bin, and other specific features.
