The EMX series is a family of electric steam generators designed to deliver higher steam output in a smaller footprint. Models provide continuously adjustable steam output from 10 to 320 kg/h. Electric heating uses stainless steel heating rods for fast heat-up; full steam output is available within 3–5 minutes after start-up. Units include a built-in feed water tank and feed water pump. Systems support fully automatic 72-hour operation, modulating power control to match demand, high process reliability and remote maintenance. Optional stainless-steel wet parts enable pure/culinary steam. Multiple units can be cascaded for higher or fluctuating requirements.
