Driver integrated circuit XC series

XC3023 is a special integrated circuit mainly used for JMK-94F series magnetic latching relays. It has the advantages of high withstand voltage, low static power consumption, and high output power. It also has a discrimination protection circuit and an output diode protection circuit when the input terminals "A" and "B" are both "1". Its main features: •Low quiescent operating current (less than 2μA) •Wide range of working voltage (5V ～ 30V) •High withstand voltage: (recommended ≤ 30V) •High input and output impedance compatible with TTL CMOS and microcontroller •Input trigger mode can use pulse or level trigger •Diode protection circuit inside the input and output stage •Enough output power 5W
