Overview
The WA-TX-03S (transmitter) and WA-RX-03S (receiver) are compact embedded audio modules providing 15 selectable RF channels in the harmonized European 863–865 MHz band. They offer selectable RF output (5 mW / 10 mW), a compander/expander noise-reduction chain and a wide dynamic range for clear voice and audio transmission. The modules come in small shielding cases and include most components required for rapid integration into professional audio equipment.

Features
  • 863–865 MHz European audio band
  • 15 channels with 125 kHz channel spacing
  • Audio frequency response 50 Hz–13 kHz
  • Selectable RF output: 5 mW and 10 mW (e.r.p.)
  • Low power consumption
  • Adjustable mute/squelch level
  • Compact shielded module for embedding
  • RED compliant (EN 301 357); UK Radio Equipment Regulations 2017

Applications
  • Museum audio guides and visitor systems
  • Tour-guide and interpretation systems
  • Wireless conference and meeting systems
  • Wireless microphones for amateur or low-power use
  • Various short-range wireless audio links and monitoring
