Announcing the UHF FM narrow band transceiver modules, STD-302Z 1216 and 1252 MHz
Circuit Design Inc, a leading supplier of low power radio modules is happy to announce the introduction of the STD-302Z 1216 and 1252 MHz - successfully expanding the frequency range of its current narrowband transceiver modules.
The STD-302Z radio module includes simple data input and output terminals for bi-directional communication creating a transparent interface. In other words, the ability to use own or existing protocol gives the user maximum
flexibility during operation. Testing and evaluation of the communication link is easily monitored through the use of an
RSSI terminal.
Other versions of STD-302Z cover various frequency bands meaning frequency operation worldwide under the same housing and pin layout. The STD-302Z now covers the Japanese 1216 and 1252 MHz frequency bands together with 419 MHz (China) / 429 MHz (Japan) / 434 MHz (EU) / 447 MHz (Korea) / 458 MHz (UK) / 869 MHz (EU).
The narrowband feature of the STD-302Z provides good radio sensitivity, selectivity and stable communication at low RF power with the inclusion of a SAW filter giving strong rejection to out of band signals. Channel control and management is possible through the STD-302Z PLL internal hardware allowing users to program their own customised channel table. For this purpose, terminals for serial programming are provided.
