Press feeding line for the automotive industry

Feeding lines and oscillating blanking dies to be inserted in “blanking lines” with mechanical press, destinated to the automotive industry, its suppliers, and also to the steel service centers. The blanking lines are utilized for the production of steel sheets (i.e. blanks), also high resistance or aluminium, used to produce car inner parts or skin finishing parts. The blanks produced can have a rectangle, trapezoid or parallelogram shape. Standard Cisam configuration: 2-station coils store – decoiler – coils lead-in device – cropping shear – washing machine – straightener/leveller – loop control unit – roll feeder with weld junction detection device – telescopic roll conveyor with strip end pinch-roll – oscillating blanking die.
