Description

Efficient counterbalance trucks featuring high performance at low total cost A solid construction with high-quality components is used for the GTS-Series. The standard wet disc brakes and the split transmission make this series extremely robust and reliable. Thanks to mounted hydraulic levers on the hood and plenty of legroom for the driver, this series is suitable for intensive applications. Wet disc brakes for a strong braking effect The capsuled and oil-cooled wet multi-disc brakes ensure smooth operation. Compared to drum brakes, up to 50%, less effort is required with wet disc brakes. In addition, there is no downtime for maintenance, so there are lower maintenance costs for the brakes as it would be for drum brakes. Another advantage is that dusty or wet environments have no negative effect on the brake performance of these encapsulated multi-disc brakes. In contrast to drum brakes, wet disc brakes also have the best braking effects in harsh environments. Split transmission for smooth driving The transmission in split design reduces vibrations at the driver's seat and enables a smooth operation. Combined with a stable, vibration-free steering axle and an ergonomic operator's compartment, the GTS-Series is not only robust and reliable, but also extremely comfortable and safe. Ergonomic driving position with hood mounted levers The truck is operated via ergonomically positioned hydraulic levers on the hood of the truck. Up to 5 hydraulic functions can be implemented directly ex works.
