Our disposable filters offer end-users the ultimate ‘convenience’ solution to filtration, allowing replacement to be performed in seconds, thus minimising downtime of equipment and process. A selection of filter element grade and types are available, held within permanently welded filter housings which are supplied fully assembled and ready for use. Nylon or PVDF Body DIF bodies are available in Nylon for general applications, or in PVDF where corrosion resistance is important. Four Body Sizes Four body sizes are available, optimised for either fast response time or longer service life. Element sizes are supplied in standard microfibre sizes 12.16, 12.32, 12.57 and 25.64. Stainless steel mesh elements can also be installed into the DIF. They have either 1/4″ and 1/2″ spigots and the larger DIF can be supplied with threaded male connections. The 12.57 size DIF can aslo be supplied with three ports – this can be used for a liquid drain when fitted with a coalescing filter element.
