Overview
The CLIMAX KM3000 Key Mill is a portable keyway milling machine engineered to cut full-depth keyways and mill flats directly on shafts, minimizing downtime by avoiding major disassembly or shop transports. Designed for field service, it supports shaft diameters from 0.75 to 10.5 in (19.1 to 266.7 mm) and is available with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic power options.

Applications
Ideal for on-site maintenance, repair and retrofit work where speed, repeatability and shaft-level machining are required. Typical uses include cutting end and mid-shaft keyways, machining flats for motor mounts and in-place repairs of rotating equipment.
