Description

Overview
The Triblender dissolver CM3 Engineering is a compact, stand‑alone unit for rapid dissolution and mixing of solid or liquid ingredients. The worktable at ergonomic height facilitates bag handling and discharge into the hopper. The hopper is manufactured from flat sheet metal with minimal welding to improve quality and cleanability.

Principle of operation
Solids are fed into the hopper. A strong vacuum at the hopper base draws solids toward the impeller while liquid is pumped as in a centrifugal pump. When the hopper valve opens, solids are entrained and dissolve as they pass through the pump housing. Mixing occurs just before the suction inlet of the centrifugal pump. Operation in recirculation is recommended until all solids are incorporated and briefly after full dissolution to ensure a homogeneous result.

Sanitary design and cleaning
The Triblender features a sanitary design suitable for food, beverage, dairy, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical applications. All product‑contact parts are AISI 316‑L stainless steel and elastomers are EPDM. The open 6‑blade impeller allows effective cleaning of the pump volute. By removing the hopper and connecting the built‑in wash system on the delivery line, the sanitary butterfly valve and Venturi system can be thoroughly cleaned using the integrated washing ball.
