Photodiode array APA1 series

Use our 850 nm photodiode arrays when you need to meet stringent specifications for high-speed data communications, with a choice of 1, 4, or 12 channels. These high-performance, high-reliability devices are engineered with low electrical parasitics for maximum data rates up to 14 Gbps, 28 G, 50G, and 100G. They feature low operating voltage with a topside anode and cathode configuration for easy integration. Use these compact arrays when you need high (~0.60 A/W) responsivity, low (typ. a few pA) dark current, and low (~125 fF) capacitance. They are Halogen & RoHS compliant.
