MAC-2 machinery is designed to recycle and recover all materials that make up the cathode ray tube, ensuring maximum safety for the operator and the environment. The separation of the two types of glass that make up the cathode ray tube is made with dry cutting, with two diamond blades; all the cutting process takes place in a closed environment and constantly sucked up (during the cutting phase the suction is 3000 cu.m./h on 4 cu.m. cutting environment).
