Overview
Connova Group mills components from aluminium, steel and a range of other materials. The company produces milled inserts, cores, foams, Nomex and aluminium honeycombs, complex structural elements and spare parts.

Service scope
Core services include development, design, simulation and production of customer-specific fibre composite components (notably carbon fibre). A modern, automated CNC division complements toolmaking and provides CNC milling services and contract manufacturing across various materials.

Expertise and requirements
Highly dynamic simultaneous 5-axis milling machines (Hermle® and other manufacturers) deliver precise machining for prototypes and series production. Fully automated loading, high machine availability and fast machining processes enable economical manufacturing results.
