Our stainless steel box tipper empties Bigbags, boxes or bins in the production line. Available as a complete, safe, product-friendly set-up with infeed conveyor.
Construction made of sandblasted stainless steel 304.
Hydraulically driven tilt mechanism with 2 cylinders.
Hydraulic unit not included as standard.
Clamping system for pallets, crates and boxes.
Possibly with hooks for BigBag fixation.
Maximum tilt angle 135°.
Requires protection nets for safe operation.
Options for complete setup:
Light barrier and sensors for extremely safe operation.
Wet or dry funnel for product reception.
Elevator belt.
