Bucket filling and closing machine FDS1800

The FDS1800 is an automatic filling and closing line specially design to work with industrial type pail and bucket. Its motorized closing tools can be supply with a pneumatically driven air removing wheel specifically develop for food manufacturers to make sure that the lid look concave. The conveyor has a slippery tabletop plastic belt that brings already partially filled or empty containers to the optional filling position, or directly to the lid denesting & lid depositing unit. The closing head’s variable speed conveyor has a sticky belt for traction to pull the container at the same speed as the bottom one under the pressure rollers.
