Description
The ZRD by Coperion K-Tron GmbH is a pneumatic conveying rotary valve which comes with an extraction system and a large inlet designed for high filling efficiency. The unit can be quickly disassembled, cleaned and reassembled without the need to remove the valve from the unit. Also, it features its full access extraction system which completely supports the rotor as it is removed. This the ideal tool for facilitating end plate and rotor removal. Also, the unit is designed to be free from contamination having a product contact surface based on DIN 1.4404 (AISI 316L). For some technical information, it has an explosion pressure shock proof of 10 bar(g) and it uses 10 blade for its rotor that is open ended.
