ZPD/ZPC DuroProtect® Rotary Valve is often used as a discharging and metering valve for conveying products in powder and granular form . It is engineered for heavy-duty industrial service with pressure differentials and temperatures up to 100° C [212° F]. This valve is explosion shock proof with 10 bar(g) [145 psi(g)] due to its heavy design. Plus it has a large inlet/outlet without any restriction of the cross section for the highest capacities. The outboard bearings are separated from the product by purged seal arrangement and drop out opening. It consists of a completely mounted seal purge gas unit, along with stainless steel tubing, solenoid valve 24 VDC, 8 W DC, filter regulator, the gauge protects sealing rings and hub from wear. There are other Standard Mechanical Specifications like the Inlet/Outlet flange, it's round, drilled according to DIN PN 10 or ANSI 150 lbs. It is constructed of wear resistant materials to DuroProtect level adjusted for your applications. Two FKM lip shaft sealing with labyrinth ring is prepared for seal purge. It is CE complaint with standard configuration.
