The CRY5620 SonoDAQ Go is a dual-slot portable modular test chassis that integrates data acquisition, real-time analysis, and signal output. Supporting up to 8 input channels per chassis, it is designed for automotive NVH testing, machinery noise and vibration testing, electroacoustic R&D, and rapid on-site troubleshooting. Paired with OpenTest, it provides a flexible sound and vibration testing system.
Compact and Portable, with Standalone Recording
Measuring just 213 × 183 × 50 mm and weighing approximately 1.25 kg, SonoDAQ Go features a built-in battery, touchscreen, and 256 GB of internal storage, with a 2 TB option available. It supports data recording without a continuous connection to a computer, making deployment easy outdoors and in confined spaces.
High-Performance Acquisition with Multi-Unit Synchronization
The optional IED analog input module provides 32-bit resolution, sampling rates up to 204.8 kS/s, and a dynamic range of 160 dB to capture low-level signals and fine sound and vibration details. With PTP/GPS synchronization and OpenTest, multiple units can be connected to build an expanded, distributed test system.
Dual-Slot Modular Design for Flexible Inputs and Outputs
Select from IED, ADD, LMQ, AOS, and other modules to configure up to 8 input channels or combine input and output capabilities to suit the task. The ADD module integrates analog output, a Class D amplifier, and impedance measurement, reducing external equipment and cabling.
Real-Time Analysis for On-Site Insights
The mainframe supports FFT analysis, octave-band analysis, and sound level meter functions, allowing users to monitor spectra, frequency-band energy, and sound level changes during acquisition. This helps identify anomalies promptly and reduces the need for return visits and repeat testing. Output EQ enables frequency-band adjustments to the excitation signal for convenient on-site tuning.
Rugged Protection for Demanding Field Environments
With IP67 protection, an ambient temperature range of −20 to 50 °C, a fanless design, and 1000 V isolation between modules, SonoDAQ Go can be deployed close to equipment or sensors. This simplifies on-site cabling and supports a wide range of field testing applications.
