Cubic ZS-ST-09-017 is a four-wire zirconia oxygen sensor that is designed on the basis of HTCC technology and adopts zirconia as its sensing element to detect the oxygen concentration in motorcycle exhaust systems.
Cubic ZS-ST-09-017 measures oxygen concentration by detecting the potential difference generated by the oxygen ion concentration difference between exhaust gas and reference air. Cubic ZS-ST-09-017 features an ignition time less than 15 seconds, effectively reducing pollutant emissions during the cold-start phase. With a Thermal Shock Protection (TSP) coated zirconia element, Cubic ZS-ST-09-017 demonstrates enhanced thermal cycling durability and resistance to condensation, supporting continuous operation in 850°C exhaust environments. Featuring an industry-standard interface, Cubic ZS-ST-09-017 is designed for seamless integration.
Cubic ZS-ST-09-017 finds extensive application in motorcycle manufacturing, after-sales maintenance, and customization, contributing to optimized engine performance and increased fuel economy.
