The one touch controller provides quick and easy adjustment and does not get loose inspite of bevel depth. The depth does not modify with alternates to beveling work of curve and plate. No breakdown of bearing takes place as there are roller guides instead of bearing guides which can be easily replaced. It can be used on pipes, plates,or holes. The beveling range is from C0 to C3 ( in increments of 0.1mm) with angle of 45 degree. The length is of 280 mm with diameter of base plate of 76 mm and weight of 2.8 kg. There are two carbide inserts to connect the drive motor. The Keyang angle grinder - Model no-DG 100B operates at 200V/60Hz at a No load RPM of 12000 rpm.
