Overview
Daikin Applied self-contained air conditioning units (Model SWP-J) are packaged HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial facilities. These units use low-GWP R-32 refrigerant, offer modular disassembly for transport and installation through constrained openings, and provide single-point power with factory-optimized controls for rapid commissioning and integration.

Modular Design Flexibility
With a compact footprint and modular construction, SWP-J units minimize mechanical room requirements and allow delivery through narrow corridors, elevators and 34" doorways. Units are available fully assembled or in modular sections for on-site reassembly.

Installed Cost Savings
Compared with chilled-water systems, floor-by-floor self-contained units reduce mechanical space and simplify installation, often lowering installed cost and schedule for multi-story buildings.
