Built-up Ceiling Unit
Built-up ceiling units are offered as a cost-effective configuration for classrooms and educational facilities. They are engineered for reliable operation with minimized installation and lifecycle costs.

Quiet Operation with GentleFlo®
The GentleFlo® air moving system reduces acoustic levels to meet classroom noise requirements while maintaining required airflow rates.

Draw-through Design
The draw-through coil arrangement with face and bypass dampers improves temperature and dehumidification control and promotes uniform air distribution across the coil for consistent discharge air temperatures.

Performance
  • Ceiling units: 750 to 2000 CFM
  • Floor units: 750 to 1500 CFM
  • Self-contained, heat pump and Water Source Heat Pump (WSHP) floor units: 24 to 54 MBH

Features
  • Available as built-up floor and ceiling units, air-source air conditioner, air-to-air heat pump or water-source heat pump (boiler/tower and geothermal)
  • Draw-through design with face and bypass damper control for improved temperature and dehumidification performance
  • GentleFlo® air moving system for low-noise operation
  • Welded frame construction and industrial-strength cabinet finish for durability
  • Uniform air distribution across the coil for even discharge temperatures
  • Controls flexibility with MicroTech® for unit ventilators
  • Digital Ready® for Direct Digital Control (DDC) integration
  • Options: economizer, Demand Control Ventilation (DCV), part-load variable air, multiple coil and heat-source choices (DX, steam, hot water, electric), louvers, wall sleeves, auxiliary drain pan kits
