The DAVS 100 spray valve is designed to spray greases and lubricants up to NLGI 2 consistency with the highest accuracy and repeatability. The effect is to cover a specific area with a thin film of lubricant, without limiting yourself to the classic point dispensing. The volumetric chamber has an adjustable capacity from 1 to 20 mm³ (0.001-0.02 cc) and by controlling its emptying by means of a sensor, the dosage can be objectived in a simple and certain way. • Volumetric dispensing, objectivable and constant • Creation of a micro-film of lubricant on the dispensing area • Lubricant viscosity and temperature independent dispensing • Metering can be objectified by means of a sensor to be mounted in the slot • Various mountable nozzles, for dispensing on open areas and inside holes or grooves • Compact size and very light weight (210 g) • Available on request in manual version and in low supply pressure version.
