Syringe dispensing system DA 1000V

single-component resinoilgrease

Volumetric system for dispensing micro quantities of fluids contained in pre-filled syringes. The system, by controlling the movement of a micro-electric actuator, allows for controlled dispensing of various types of fluids. A special magnet mounted on the syringe piston enables the piston to retract, creating a suction effect. • Volumetric dispensing without the use of compressed air • The controller allows management of the dispensed quantity, flow, and any dispensing sequences • Compatible with syringes of 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, and 30cc • Capable of dispensing various types of fluids without the need for cleaning operations • Compact design for manual use or integration into automatic inline machines. 1K resin Anaerobic glue CA glue Epoxy adhesive Grease MMA adhesive Oil Sealant Solder paste Structural adhesive Thermally Conductive Paste – Gap Fillers UV glue Other
