Description

The DAS valve controller is based on a 4.3-inch operator panel/PLC, multilingual, with an intuitive graphical interface. The controller enables rapid setup and system commissioning and is specifically designed for spray applications using a spray valve. It allows the storage of multiple recipes, each with customized dispensing parameters, and includes a cycle counter function. Integration with PLCs or production monitoring systems is simple, enabling real-time control and modification of dispensing parameters. The control unit manages both the actuation air for the spray valve and the atomization air, with the ability to set different timings for optimized spraying. Additionally, the unit can interface with presence sensors to enable dispensing or verify completed dosing, as well as a low-level fluid sensor. • 4.3” TFT LCD touchscreen display • Multilingual interface • Communication via digital I/O • Adjustable low-level management • Control and dispensing enable signal management via external inputs • Ability to create multiple different recipes • Spray air pressure monitoring • Pneumatic interface can be positioned separately from the controller Grease Oil Primer Vinyl glue Other
