Specific requirements: Through spindle coolant, with a minimum exit pressure of 20 bar – with the tap engaged in the holder. For easy-to-machine materials with tensile strength up to 1’150 N/mm2 (structural or cementation steels, spheroidal graphite and malleable cast iron, alloy steels up to 1’150 N/mm2, grey cast iron, cast-aluminium, lead free brass). For use in tapping spindle with axial compensation (classic thread cutting) or for Rigid Tapping. Guaranteed safe tapping process with no swarf nests and wild chips. With internal coolant with frontal outflow. For all kind of parts with blind holes with tapping depth < 4 x D, preceded by a counter-bore.
