Vertical cylindrical tanks with a conical bottom for mixing ricotta and products being added to ricotta. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with TIG weldings, the mixer is fitted with a special multi-blade agitator that enables the various additives to be blended with the ricotta. Thermal insulation is provided on the bottom and side walls with high-density fiberglass panels. All the parts coming into contact with the product are designed to comply with the strictest hygienic standards.
