Designed for tipping stacks of block molds, these tippers can be manually operated or fully automated, but they are always easy to use and of limited dimensions. They are made entirely of stainless steel and, in the automatic version, they are controlled by a PLC by means of an electric control panel. They are structurally strong and durable, and allow for the stacked trays to be tipped through 180°. They have been designed to guarantee the utmost operator safety and are fully contained by barriers that prevent anyone from accessing the area where the tipper is in action.
