In industrial series production, fast and reproducible light curing is indispensable. With intensities of up to 18,000 mW/cm², the spot lamps in the DELOLUX 50 series provide light curing in fractions of a second. The LED lamp heads stand out with their low power consumption and low maintenance requirements. The DELOLUX 50 series is available with various lamp heads. The light exit areas of these lamp heads range from 1 mm to 15 mm. Combined with the plug & play design and space-saving construction, this enables seamless integration into existing production lines. With a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours, these spot lamps deliver long-term performance with high homogeneity, consistent intensity, and the associated high process reliability. The operation is controlled via the DELOLUX Pilot S series and supports PLC.
