Description

The DELOLUX 30 series is particularly suited for automated and highly confined production environments. With its peak intensity of up to 25,000 W/cm², it offers fast curing speeds. The series is available in wavelengths of 365, 400, and 460 nm and includes three different lamp head variants. All models of the DELOLUX 30 series can be seamlessly integrated into automated processes and managed via PLC control, making it much easier to incorporate them into existing production lines. Small area lamp: Light-curing in narrow production lines Individual geometries: Through seamless arrays High intensity: Fast light-curing and fixation Short cycle times: Increased production efficiency through immediate further processing Uniform curing: Even with exposure at large working distances Variability: Different solutions for various applications Durable: Achievable useful life > 20,000 hours Automation: Control possible via PLC Integration: Ideal for fully automated production lines Everything from a single source: High-tech adhesives, dispensing systems and curing lamps
