With DELO-ACTIVIS 330, manufacturing processes become significantly more efficient – thanks to proven activation-on-the-flow technology. This technology enables dispensing and curing of adhesives in a single process step, a method referred to as pre-activation of the adhesive. Pre-activation allows for immediate further processing of assemblies after adhesive application. The pre-activation of adhesives with devices from the DELO‑ACTIVIS product line enables more efficient production processes, shortens overall process times, and increases throughput. The system is highly versatile and can be adapted to a wide range of product requirements – from opaque components to complex geometries with undercuts and shadowed areas. Suitable adhesives include the DELO KATIOBOND FA series. These light-curing materials are available with different mechanical properties and, once cured, offer excellent resistance to temperature and media.
