Description

Responsible for transmitting the hydraulic pressure to the brake calipers or wheel cylinders, the brake hose effectively turns pedal action into stopping power. Fitting anything less than an OE quality part, could result in reduced stopping power, or worse still, complete brake failure. That’s why we build 90 years of hydraulic braking expertise into every hose we make. Featuring a multi-layer construction and robust connections, Delphi brake hoses deliver outstanding strength, flexibility and durability, just like the OE. Built to last Every Delphi brake hose features an EPDM rubber inner lining and outer cover, an SBR interleaf and two additional braided layers, in addition to zinc coated, anti-corrosive end fittings. This special five-layer design provides optimized strength, flexibility and resistance to very high pressure loads, wear, heat and corrosive materials, for a long-lasting, quality brake hose. The Delphi Difference 90 years’ hydraulic braking expertise Multi-layer construction ensures optimum strength, flexibility and resistance to temperatures, corrosion and abrasion Compatible with all major brake fluids including model specific LHM Ultra-low moisture permeability Zinc coated end fitting for increased corrosion protection Leak and 100 percent pressure tested for long- lasting hoses Supplied with banjo clamps and brackets for quick, accurate installation as per the OE Low volumetric expansion for improved pedal feel
