Description

The standard platinum resistance thermometer is an interpolation instrument that transmits the international temperature standard in the range of 13.8033K-960.78℃. It is used as a standard when verifying various standard thermometers and precision temperature measuring instruments. It can also be directly used for high-accuracy measurement in the above temperature zone. The standard platinum resistance thermometer measures temperature according to the law that the resistance of metallic platinum changes with temperature.According to the regulations of ITS-90, T90 is defined by platinum resistance thermometer in the temperature range from the equilibrium hydrogen triple point (13.8033K) to the silver freezing point (960.78℃). It uses a set of defined fixed point and reference functions as well as interpolated temperature deviation functions to index. The above-mentioned temperature zone is further divided into several temperature zones, and a sub-temperature zone that can work normally is determined by thermometers of different structures.
