ACD classified industrial vacuum cleaner for suction of combustible dust in non-ATEX classified areas. Two powerful single-phase motors that can be driven independently, complete earthing and a container with inert liquid bath in stainless steel designed for safe extraction of conductive dust type IIIC. Antistatic accessories and interchangeable container for IIIB dusts available as options. Each motor is operated by an independent switch that allows the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level. GROUNDED ANTISTATIC FILTERS The primary filter is made of robust antistatic polyester. Inside the fabric, which is class M (BIA | EN 60335-2-69), is a conductive mesh that prevents any electrostatic charge. A secondary H14 absolute filter and the connection of all components ensure complete dissipation of electrostatic charge. CONTAINER FOR DUST INERTISATION Container with conductive dust immersion system. Prevents the formation of explosive atmospheres inside the vacuum cleaner by neutralising incoming dust.
