Mechanical torque limiter LASS AIR series

These limiters are strictly derived from the LASS line of which they have exactly the same mechanical and performance specifications, whilst differing as regards to torque control and regulation system. The torque can be adjusted pneumatically by modifying the pressure of the compressed-air supply even during running. This system allows a very high operating speed and is the ideal solution as regards to the problem of matching the the oretical torque for normal use of the machine with the torque needed for the initial acceleration of the machine itself. LASS.../AIR - LASS.../F/AIR - They are directly derived from the LASS range. They are able to carry out variations of torque value during the motion by means of a pneumatic control, modifying the pressure of the compressed air supply. POWER-FACTOR CORRECTION: Using the versions LASS/F/AIR versions,synchronous reset is obtained, passing from a state of ZERO torque to one of total synchronous traction.
