From DIBIR Group’s experience in the creation of 3-cylinder refi ners for the chemical sector DBR 6.0 is born, particularly suitable in the cosmetic production sector. The design criterion of DBR 6.0 is based on the family of 3-cylinder machines and has proven to be an indispensable tool for grinding different types of paste products and highly concentrated products, especially for those sensitive to temperatures. Applications The DBR 6.0 Triple Roll Mill, like all DIBIR Group’s 3-cylinder machines, guarantees a high reduction in the micrometric value of the product, already subjected to a preventive dispersion or mixing action and offers the possibility of processing even high and very high viscosity products. Models The DBR 6.0 Triple Roll Mill, with a useful horizontal dimension of the work table of 600 mm, is suitable for the industrial production. Upon request, Dibir Group produces models with a useful horizontal dimension of up to 1200 mm. Roller group Working group made up of three rollers produced in a particular balanced iron-carbony alloy, cemented and ground in the surface. All rollers have the same size: ø= 250mm L= 600mm The central roller (fi xed roller) is the zeroing point of the machine during assembly, the adjustments are made on the external mobile rollers (loading and unloading rollers) The mobile loading and unloading rollers can move closer or further away from the central roller by means of four independent hydraulic jacks, operated by the hydraulic circuit power supply unit The jacks for the positioning the rollers are equipped with a pressure switch for independent pressure regulation and managed through PLC
