DIMOS also offers different steering systems such as the 1-axle and 2-axle system as well as multi-way steering. The electric platform truck is designed by DIMOS depending on the application. Depending on the application, DIMOS platform trucks can be operated with a radio remote control or via a driver's cab or driver's platform. A radio remote control is recommended for use in confined spaces. When large, confusing loads have to be transported and directions of travel have to be changed frequently. The radio remote control leaves the operator completely free to decide from where he has the best view of the load. The driver's cab or driver's platform is often used for long journeys and fixed routes. With a perfectly tuned driver's cab and ergonomic operating and visibility conditions, these vehicles are real handling giants that can transport heavy loads effortlessly, effectively and comfortably over kilometers. Level compensation For heavy-duty vehicles such as our platform trailers, load distribution via the chassis is essential for gentle operation. This applies both to the operating infrastructure and to the machine itself. We achieve this gentle operation through permanent ground contact of all wheels, which is important for the power flow and traction of the machine.
