Description

Lifting system by double scissor mechanism with maintenance-free bearings. The lifting force is produced by the actuation of one or two oleohydraulic cylinders fixed inside the scissor mechanism. Each cylinder has a built in valve that limits the speed of descent to approximately 50% of the speed admitted by the hydraulic circuit. The electro hydraulic motor is integrated into the device. Aluminum contact safety strip, fixed to the outer edges of the platform, stops the descent when it encounters any obstacles. Stop control by limit switch. The table is controlled by a pushbutton box connected to the electrical panel. It has a function «present operator», whereby the table movement occurs only while the «↑» or «↓» pushbuttons are pushed. The pushbutton box also includes a safety stop button «STOP», when pressed the movement of the table stops, to return the pushbutton to its original position must be turned clockwise. Incorporates fixing bracket for inspection. It is supplied with documentation: instructions for use and maintenance and declaration of conformity CE. Labeling with risk prevention pictograms. It is supplied MOUNTED AND LIST TO BE CONNECTED. Manufactured in corformity with CE standards. The lifting tables are a model to be followed by companies in their responsibility to provide a safe working environment in accordance with European directives. It also complies with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001. Supplied in color Ral5002
