Description

Keeping your worker’s breathing zone safe requires a capture-at-source extractor they will actually use. Designed to be moved and positioned effortlessly, the FRED JR-T excels at removing weld fumes, dusts, and other airborne contaminants as small as 0.5 micron with a standard filter. Maintenance of the Fred Jr's filter cartridge is clean and easy as operators are not exposed to airborne dust from blowing the filers clean. Since the unit is designed to collect particles on the inside of the cartridge, operators can clean the filters with compressed air from the outside, releasing the dust into a bin below the filter. The Fume Tracker™ Extraction Arm improves fume capture efficiency by automatically detecting the light from a welding arc and instantly repositioning the capture arm over the welding fumes. The fume arm increases productivity by reducing time spent manually repositioning the hood and allows welders to focus more on the task at hand. Benefits Compact, portable, and easy to operate Capture-at-source for Cleaner Air Complies with OSHA guidelines for controlling weld fumes Features Flexible 10' Externally Articulated Capture Arm 1.5HP TEFC Motor producing 1200 CFM of airflow 26" Easy-to-Service Cartridge Filter Rotary Starter with 15' Power Cord included
