They work on the basis of the proven P2O5 sensors and are the right choice for neutral gases. Special suitable for the following industries: •Glove-Boxes | Isolator Boxes •Vacuum •Plasma, sintering and soldering ovens •Technologies with protective gases (welding, soldering, thermal treatments, etc.) •Coating plants We have largely adopted the typical advantages of our proven ATT500 series: •No drifting of the measurement results •No follow-up costs, because easy to maintain •No re-calibration •Offset and span possible and thus adaptation to special conditions •Dry to wet: T90 <5 sec; Wet after dry: T90 <15 min Innovations: •Significantly higher resolution with 0.01ppm in the range 0-500ppm and 1ppb in the range 0-20,000ppb •Ready for Industry 4.0 thanks to a separate communication box •Analog output and digital communication via Ethernet or RS232, RS485 •Communication box: WLAN, convenient configuration, interaction with actuators over Ethernet-Communication •inexpensive planar sensor element available In the ranges from 0 - 500 ppmV and 0 - 20,000 ppbV an analog output signal of 4 - 20 mA or 0 - 10V is available. Digital interface: RS232. The transmitter is ready for the IoT, or Industry 4.0, via a separately available communication box. The AQUATRACE® ATT550 can be used in bypass, or in the variant with flange for inline operation in systems with pipe flange KF25 or KF40.
