Three pass wood chips rotary dryer is usually used to dry wood chips, sawdust and wood shavings, wood powder, etc,. It can dry the wet material with a moisture of 60% to a dried product with moisture less than 12%. Compared with the traditional dryer, the floor space of the 3 pass wood chips rotary dryer has been reduced by 50%, and the drying efficiency has been improved. Wood chips dryer system includes heating part, feeding machine, rotary dryer, discharging machine and cyclone dust collector. The dried wood chips can be used in pelletizing, carbonization, boiler combustion, gasification and power generation. The wood chip drying systems feature multi-pass technoloay that moves material (wood chips/sawdust) through the drum in an air stream created by the dryer-induced-draft fan. Multiple passes are mechanically interlocked to rotate at the same speed as the drum rotates, the product is repeatedly showered into the rotary wood chip dryer's hot air. After drying, most of the dry material is discharged through the belt conveyor. The left material mixed with dust continue goes into the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector in sequence, where the dust will be collected. Lastly, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor. 1.
