Description

The bicycle frame and fork heavy hammer impact tester is primarily used to test the resistance of bicycle frame/fork assemblies to impacts from obstacles encountered during riding, assessing their structural strength and impact resistance. - Dynamic Simulation Testing: This machine simulates the impact of an electric bicycle's front wheel encountering an obstacle during riding, testing the frame/fork assembly for deformation and cracking. - Component Testing: This machine covers drop impact tests for the fork, horizontal/vertical/diagonal pedal impacts, handlebar impacts, and vertical crank impacts, complying with international standards (such as ISO and GB). - Children's Bicycle Testing: This machine performs drop impact tests on the frame and fork assemblies of children's bicycles, assessing product compliance in accordance with national standard GB 14746. This device is used for impact testing frame/fork assemblies measuring 70-140 cm. The assembly is supported on the rear axle in its normal operating position. A standard load square is fastened to the seat tube.
