The right pump for every material

With the glueLine, DOPAG offers drum pumps for processing medium to high-viscosity materials. In addition to lubricants, they feed adhesives, sealants, polyurethanes and silicones with viscosities of up to 5.0 million mPas directly and precisely from the original container. Thanks to its modular design and wide range of variants, the pump can be tailored precisely to the material used and customer requirements.

In addition to the standard design, versions in stainless steel, a wear-resistant version for abrasive fillers or with ATEX certification are also available. Different sealing options complete the broad portfolio.

Simple and efficient drum change

Various drum change support options are optionally available to protect the operator from excessive loads. The drum roll-in mechanism allows containers to get more easily onto the base plate. With the drum roller conveyor the container stands on rollers and can be centred more conveniently under the follower plate. With the third and final expansion stage, lifting is no longer necessary completely. The drum is changed using a mobile pallet, through which the container can be inserted directly under the follower plate. If several pallets are used, new containers can be prepared in the warehouse. Downtimes are reduced and the productivity of the system is increased.
