Our factory undertakes the detailed design for impeccable implementation and installation of the dryer, in order to meet the needs of each production process, but also the specific real manufacturing conditions in the premises the silo is installed. The project is deemed complete upon installation, delivery, start of operation and training of the personnel. The dryer is a multifunctional Silo of various specializations and uses. • The main characteristics of the dryer are the following: • Storage silo with raw material mixing capability. • Drying – dehumidification system of plastic granule from 2mm, of 70Kw thermal input. • Maximum drying temperature is 90̊ C. • Hot air supply 14,000m3 (7,000m3 per compartment). • Total power of 12Kw of eight fans (four per compartment). • Total capacity of 16m3 (7.5m3 per compartment). • Heating and air units have resistances and fans in appropriate positions, in order to ensure adequate airflow and, subsequently, drying of plastic granule. • Equipped with moisture extraction system. • There is an electronic controller with programs of five (5) stages, as well as two (2) manual programs. • Storage silo with hot air circulation capability in order to maintain raw material. • Connectivity capability to the existing air-conveying network. • Δυνατότητα μεταφόρτωσης της πρώτης ύλης σε άλλα σιλό. • Drying time: 3 hours of drying for 7.5m3 of material • Maximum height: 6.10m. Floor height: 1.19m – depth 2.20m – width 2.00m • Insulation thickness of 10mm • External screw, embedded to the construction for the transferring of the material to compartments and for maintenance cycle.
